What is life coaching, and how can it help me?

Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and create a path to the life you want. It’s focused on personal growth, relationships, motivation, and accountability.

Coaching can help with career development, confidence, relationships, decision-making, life transitions, and work-life balance, or if you feel ‘stuck’ at a crossroad in your life.

Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and emotional issues, while coaching is future-focused, helping you set and achieve goals. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Sessions involve open conversation, goal setting, practical exercises, and strategies tailored to your unique challenges and aspirations.

It varies based on your goals. Some clients see progress in just a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support over several months.
